back to work...

I plan on going back to work soon (At night and only a few days a week of course). But I am really excited about it. I miss working and i LOVE my job so I'm stoked! I just don't know how i will do being away from Sophie...I haven't been away from her for more than 30 minutes at a time and we were still in the same house! lol. At least she'll be going to bed (or should be when she learns what time bed-time is) when I am going to work so she won't miss me too much :) and I won't miss anything new she does! That's my worst fear! By the way, she amazes us more and more everyday with the new things she does. Brandon and I swear she's going to be walking by 3 months. haha. She will push herself up and stand up when we are holding onto her arms...trying to talk at the same time. The other night she was jabbering away and we totally heard a "heeeey" come out of her mouth! haha. we couldn't stop laughing and she couldn't stop smiling at us! Too cute! :)

  1. Well, if she's anything like your husband, she will probably skip the whole 'walking' thing altogether and go straight to running and jumping. lol

I did NOT know you had a blog!! :) I'm so glad you set up to 'follow' mine -otherwise, I would have *never* known!

how was your trip to Cali?? that's exciting that you guys are going to be transfered to only hours away from your family!! How AWESOME! That's just what you were hoping for!

  3. I'm so glad you have a blog! We miss the entire Elder family. Luckily we should be visiting May/June so we can see you and Seth's fiance before she becomes a California girl.

That's so precious that she's starting to smile/laugh. Isn't that fun when they start smiling at you instead of just at random?

How is it going working at Starbucks? You're a braver woman than I am. We spent a night away while we were in Alaska--that was pretty tough on me, but even if I go shopping for an hour and half here by myself I'll inevitably see a little baby his age and want to race home.

ps. I vote for a new post too!
